1 What kind of declarations forms do customers bring directly to export department? Which ones do they bring to customs office ?
  • Form with number 3: Customers bring directly to the port for clearance (if any special note port will ask customers to meet the customs)
  • Form with number 5: Customers must bring to customs office. After handling process, customers return to export department to clear ship’s books and print the slip
2 What are import/export declaration flow? Which flow have to inspect ?

3 flows: green, yellow and red

  • Green: passed
  • Yellow: must check 30%
  • Red: must check 100%
